Warehouse Specialist
Location: Hastings, NE
Pay: $19.50 $20.00/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday Friday | 8: 00 AM 5: 00 PM

Associated Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Specialist for a full-time opportunity in Hastings. This position combines warehouse operations with equipment service and maintenance making it an excellent fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving and a variety of responsibilities.
Responsibilities

• 
  Receive, inspect and organize incoming shipments
  
• 
  Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for shipment
  
• 
  Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse software and barcode scanners
  
• 
  Stock and organize warehouse inventory
  
• 
  Repair, assemble, inspect and assist with equipment setup
  
• 
  Perform equipment inspections and maintain service records
  
• 
  Make deliveries using company vehicles
  
• 
  Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
  
• 
  Assist with general building maintenance and warehouse upkeep
  
• 
  Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment
  
• 
  Travel occasionally for service work, training or visits to other company locations
  

Qualifications

• 
  High school diploma or GED required
  
• 
  Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  
• 
  Strong computer skills and mechanical aptitude
  
• 
  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work
  
• 
  Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  
• 
  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  
• 
  Fabrication, cutting, painting and welding experience preferred
  
• 
  Current CDL or willingness to obtain one
  
• 
  Forklift experience is preferred
  
• 
  Knowledge of the fertilizer or LP gas industry is a plus
