The Shredding Specialist is responsible for receiving, segregating, and loading waste paper into shredders, supporting warehouse operations, and coordinating truck parking for the next day. They unload, reload, operate, and maintain shredding and baling equipment, ensuring all materials are properly staged or shipped. The role includes operating forklifts, performing preventative maintenance, and maintaining a clean, safe environment according to standards. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of warehouse or manufacturing experience, forklift certification, and a valid driver’s license. The position emphasizes safety, security, and teamwork.
