What You’ll Do:

• Operate both small and large forklifts to load, unload, and stage materials.
• Handle inventory updates and ensure accurate record-keeping using warehouse management systems.
• Assist with receiving, shipping, and organizing warehouse materials for scheduled pickups.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Support on-call duties approximately once a month, ensuring operations run smoothly at all times.
• Perform general warehouse duties as needed, contributing to team success.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience operating forklifts and heavy equipment.
• Strong computer skills with familiarity in inventory or warehouse management systems.
• Ability to accurately pull and stage inventory for orders.
• Physical capability to lift, move, and load materials safely.
• Dependability, safety consciousness, and self-motivation.
• Comfortable on your feet and physically active throughout the shift.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Oil and gas industry experience.
• Experience working with oilfield equipment and materials.
• Additional certifications related to warehouse safety or equipment operation.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Prior warehouse or heavy equipment experience preferred.
• Relevant experience in a physically demanding environment.
• Experience in oilfield or related industries is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

• Location within 40 miles of Malvern, Ohio.
• Flexibility for occasional on-call responsibilities.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
