Job Title: Warehouse Specialist City and State: Marengo, IL Pay Rate: $18.00/hour Schedule/Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Day Shift) Employment Type: Evaluation Hire
Summary: Seeking a dependable Warehouse Specialist to support daily warehouse operations for an industrial fastener supplier. This role focuses on accurate order picking, packing, and material movement in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret work orders to accurately pick and pack inventory
Put away incoming products and maintain organized inventory locations
Move products to the line using a push cart (up to 250 lbs)
Prepare orders for shipment and ensure they are packaged correctly
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
Ability to lift, bend, and stretch up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
Comfortable working in a loud, non-climate-controlled setting
Willingness to wear steel-toed shoes and follow safety guidelines
