About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Warehouse Specialists for a grain/food processing company in Morris, MN. In this role, you’ll support daily warehouse and processing operations, ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean, organized facility. What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Specialist:- Operate forklifts to move, stack, and palletize product throughout the warehouse
- Package product into totes and bags to specified weights using scales and digital readers
- Load and unload grain trucks using various trailer and hauling systems
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment across production and storage areas
- Monitor processing equipment and report any issues to supervisors or quality control
- Fill storage bins, bays, and processing lines using conveyors and loaders
- Label products and prepare materials for daily operations, including LP tank filling
What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Specialist Role:- Ability to lift, pivot, and stack up to 50 pounds regularly
- Capability to climb up and down steps frequently throughout the day
- Comfort working on and off forklifts multiple times per hour
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a forklift
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic English skills to follow instructions and read safety procedures
- Ability to read digital monitors from up to 10 feet away
- Previous experience in farming, warehouse, manufacturing, or packaging is beneficial
