The Warehouse Specialist supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, inspecting, storing, picking, packing, issuing, and shipping materials and products. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, completing inventory transactions, supporting stock control practices, and ensuring proper material identification and traceability. The Warehouse Specialist also helps maintain safe, organized, and efficient warehouse operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.Are You Looking To:Receive incoming materials, verify shipments against packing slips or purchase orders, and report discrepancies or visible damageStore materials in designated warehouse locations while maintaining proper identification, labeling, and traceabilityPick, pack, stage, and issue materials for production, internal use, or customer shipmentPrepare outbound shipments, including packaging, labeling, and shipping documentationPerform inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems, warehouse management systems, or other tracking tools Are You Ready To:Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliation activities, and stock rotation practices, including FIFO and lot tracking where requiredTransport materials safely throughout the facility using approved material handling equipmentMaintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety, quality, and company standardsCollaborate with production, purchasing, planning, quality, and shipping/receiving teams to support business needsFollow all company procedures, safety requirements, and applicable regulations, while taking on other duties as assigned What You’ll Need:High school diploma or equivalentExperience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, stockroom, manufacturing, or distribution environments preferredBasic computer skills, including ERP or inventory systems experience; Dynamics 365 preferredAbility to read and interpret shipping documents, inventory records, and work instructions, with strong attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational, communication, and time management skills; ability to work independently and in a team environment; forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred;Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Physical Requirements:Warehouse, stockroom, shipping/receiving, in manufacturing settingRegular interaction with moving materials and warehouse equipmentMay require use of personal protective equipment (PPE) What You’ll Get:Compensation range of $20.80/hr - $31.20/hr.
