    Description

    UNDENIABLE PRIDE IN YOUR CRAFT.

THE ORDER SHIPS RIGHT BECAUSE YOU BUILT IT RIGHT.

That's not a small thing. That's the whole job.

DuraServ is looking for a Warehouse Specialist who takes pride in accurate inventory, clean fabrication, and a work environment where every part is where it's supposed to be.

This Is a Hands-On Role Where What You Build Gets Used.

DuraServ's Private Label Distribution operation in Phoenix, Arizona supplies commercial door and dock components to service teams and key accounts across the country. The Warehouse Specialist is the person who makes sure those components are received correctly, assembled to spec, packaged accurately, and staged for shipment without a single error that creates a problem downstream.

This is a hybrid role - part fabrication and assembly, part inventory management, part order fulfillment, part forklift operator. You'll insulate door sections, build specific components, verify counts on inbound deliveries, pull and stage outbound orders, conduct cycle counts, maintain ERP records, and operate warehouse equipment safely. Every task connects to a customer commitment somewhere down the line.

If you take pride in doing it right the first time - every count, every assembly, every label - this is your kind of work.

    What You'll Do

    The Fabrication & Assembly

    • Perform product assembly - insulating door sections and building specific components to spec using hand and power tools (drills, saws, and related equipment)
    • Follow detailed work orders, instructions, and specifications accurately - the finished component has to be right before it ships, and you're the last line of quality before it does
    • Operate warehouse equipment safely - forklifts, pallet jacks, scissor lifts - in compliance with all safety protocols; forklift and scissor lift certifications required within 30 days of start

    The Inventory & Fulfillment

    • Manage inventory receiving - accurately unloading trucks, verifying counts, and inspecting for damage before anything goes on the shelf
    • Fulfill orders by pulling, packaging, and staging materials for shipment or customer pick-up with the accuracy and speed that keeps commitments on time
    • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts - your records reflect reality, not assumption
    • Store and organize materials with proper labeling, clearly separating stock from job-specific items so nothing gets pulled for the wrong order

    The Standard

    • Maintain precise inventory records using the ERP system and associated software and paperwork - your data is current, accurate, and audit-ready
    • Keep a safe and organized work environment in full compliance with all safety protocols - OSHA 30 certification required within 60 days of start
    • Support management with inventory tasks for service truck parts and equipment, ensuring field teams have what they need without disruption

    Who You Are

You don't cut corners on a count. You don't ship a component that isn't built right. And you don't leave a work area without knowing it's organized and safe for whoever comes next.

    • Detail-oriented and methodical - inventory counts, component specifications, and ERP records all reflect the same standard: accurate, complete, and verified
    • Hands-on and capable - you're comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment; you build things correctly and operate equipment safely
    • Physically capable - this role requires frequent standing, bending, ladder use, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly; you show up physically ready to do the work
    • Safety-conscious - you follow protocols without shortcuts because you understand that cutting corners in a warehouse creates real consequences
    • A reliable team contributor - the operations manager, the customer service team, and the field service crews all depend on what comes out of this warehouse; you take that seriously
    • Trainable and committed - forklift certification within 30 days, OSHA 30 within 60 days are requirements of the role, not suggestions

    What We're Looking For

    Required

    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
    • Ability to complete a fit for duty evaluation and DOT prior to start date
    • Willingness and ability to attain forklift and scissor lift certifications within 30 days of start
    • Willingness and ability to complete OSHA 30 certification training within 60 days of start
    • Ability to meet physical demands: frequent standing, bending, ladder use, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly

    Preferred

    • 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, fabrication, or a related hands-on environment
    • Previous forklift or scissor lift operation experience - certification is required, prior experience is an advantage
    • Familiarity with ERP systems for inventory tracking and order management
    • Background in commercial door, dock equipment, or industrial parts distribution

    What's in It for You

    • Competitive hourly pay commensurate with experience
    • Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, and 401K with company match
    • Company-provided life insurance, short-term and long-term disability
    • Paid certifications - forklift, scissor lift, and OSHA 30 training completed on company time
    • A stable, consistent work environment at DuraServ's PLD facility in Phoenix, AZ with no travel requirement
    • A team that takes quality seriously and values people who bring that same standard to their work every day

A Note to the Right Candidate.

If you've worked in a warehouse where the standard was "close enough" and the inventory was always off - where nobody cared whether the component was built right or the count was verified - this is a different environment.

DuraServ's PLD operation supplies the field teams and key accounts that depend on accurate, quality components arriving on time. The Warehouse Specialist who does this job right takes pride in the work - not because someone is watching, but because that's who they are.

Undeniable pride in your craft. That's the standard here. Come help us hold it.

APPLY NOW - Hands-On Professionals Wanted.

Hit Apply. Tell us what you've built, what equipment you've operated, and what warehouse you've kept running right.

Please note: This is NOT a remote role. This position is on-site at DuraServ's PLD facility in Phoenix, AZ. Forklift certification, scissor lift certification, OSHA 30, fit for duty, and DOT clearance are all required conditions of employment.
