Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Specialist, you will strive to exceed customer expectations by ensuring orders are available, accurate, salable and received in a timely manner. This position will demonstrate order fulfillment task goals are conducted accurately, efficiently and safely, while surpassing customer expectations. This will include receiving, issuing, and organizing materials for maximum efficiency. You will be responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material. Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

Essential Functions:

• Accountable for manufacturing support activities, including inventory control, materials management, distribution and kitting
• Organize warehouse to ensure all material is accessible, countable and identifiable
• Maintain inventory levels to ensure crews have material to meet their installation needs
• Review and document inventory counts to ensure accuracy within the warehouse
• Input information quickly and accurately from a variety of sources into several software systems
• Perform reception of incoming materials
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Follow all workplace safety processes and procedures
• Provide elevated support to our customers and team by working diligently to complete processes on a timely basis

Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent required
• 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse environment preferred
• Great attention to detail to ensure accuracy
• Excellent work ethic and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Success in working in a team environment
• Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions in English

Compensation and Benefits:
Starting pay is $18.00/hour and will vary based on experience and relevant skills/knowledge. Silencer Central offers a competitive total compensation package that includes:
