 Job Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewProSource People is hiring a Warehouse Associate / Order Picker for a leading master distributor of industry-recognized valves located in Stafford, TX. This position is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, dependable, and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for accurately picking orders, preparing products for shipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting daily warehouse operations.Job Responsibilities· Accurately and efficiently pick and prepare customer orders· Package finished products for shipping, including shrink wrapping, boxing, and labeling· Perform daily cycle counts as assigned· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area· Complete general warehouse duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager· Assist with inventory control and product organizationRequirements· High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required· Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.· Ability to use or learn RF Scanner systems (Epicor Prophet21 WMS)· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills· Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment· Ability to work independently and as part of a team· Must be dependable and able to follow directions· Willingness to work additional hours when needed to meet deadlinesAdditional Information· Opportunity to join a stable and growing distribution company· Fast-paced warehouse environment with advancement potential· Training provided on company-specific systems and processesImportant Note – Safety Sensitive RoleThis position is classified as Safety Sensitive under applicable workplace safety guidelines.
