About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Warehouse Stager workers for a leading automotive parts supplier in St. Cloud, MN. In this role, you’ll support outbound warehouse operations by staging parts, preparing pallets, and helping ensure accurate and on-time deliveries. What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Stager:- Scan stock and special-order parts from one tote to another while ensuring totes do not exceed 50 pounds
- Create and verify accurate pallet and tote labels for each order
- Sort, scan, and stage non-convey items to the correct pallet
- Assist with loading trucks, ensuring all ordered items are on the correct truck
- Clean and organize the staging area, including garbage, cardboard, pallets, and properly stacked totes
- Work closely with other warehouse team members to efficiently fill and stage orders
What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Stager Role:- Basic verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to occasionally bend, squat, stoop, and kneel with or without reasonable accommodations
- No prior warehouse experience required – entry-level candidates welcome
