Pay Rate: $22.00 - $22.50 per hour

Schedules:

• 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM-10:00 PM | $22.00/hr.
• 3rd Shift | Sunday-Thursday | 10:00 PM-6:00 AM | $22.50/hr.

Note - Training is required on a different shift for 1 - 2 days.

Job Duties:

• Operate stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and stage orders
• Perform order picking, packing, scanning, loading, and unloading
• Handle inventory control, labeling, and documentation using RF scanners
• Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
• Support shipping and receiving operations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Complete daily logs and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid forklift certification required
• 1+ year of experience operating stand-up forklifts (reach trucks also preferred) in a warehouse or distribution center
• Ability to lift (up to) 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a team-player mindset
• Comfortable using handheld RF scanners and basic warehouse software

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Stand Up Forklift Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.
