Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for a manufacturing/warehouse company in Cohasset, Minnesota. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee daily warehouse operations while supporting safety, quality, and productivity goals. What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Supervisor:
  • Supervise daily production and warehouse operations to meet safety, quality, and delivery standards
  • Lead, coach, and support production and warehouse employees to maximize performance and engagement
  • Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workflow to meet production demands
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures
  • Monitor productivity, identify process improvements, and assist with continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Supervisor Role:
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous warehouse leadership
  • Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, and material handling.  
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced manufacturing/warehouse environment
  • Reliable transportation to the Cohasset, MN area
