Responsibilities: Responsible for leading or performing Plant or department projects affecting the entire facility. Also responsible for directing and monitoring workflow; fill in as needed for other department personnel or where the workload indicates. Operates various department equipment, maintains records and helps to instruct department personnel as needed. + Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of warehouse activities, including shipping /receiving/warehouse inventory management, health and safety + Manages warehouse personnel, provides work direction, trains workers on job duties, safety procedures and company policies + Establish work schedules and procedures, prepare and submit progress and other reports and co-ordinate activities with other supply-chain work units or departments + Communicates with and schedules work with Deluxe Vendors; may also respond to customer service emails Basic Qualifications: + Bachelor's and 3 years or HS/GED and 7 years, 1 year of management + Proficient knowledge of personal computers. + Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) . + Strong knowledge of processes and equipment, lean principles and quality improvement initiatives. Preferred Qualifications: + Bachelors Degree in Business or Logistics + 2 years in Manufacturing/Supply Chain and employee coaching + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Excellent organizational and project management skills Additional Basic Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older Compensation The compensation range for this position is $29.00 - $30.00 hourly. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
