What You'll DoLead daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and material handling while supporting safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery goals. You'll supervise and develop warehouse employees, improve processes, and help ensure efficient operations across the department.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handlingLead, coach, train, and support warehouse employeesMonitor staffing, workflow, and scheduling to meet production and delivery goalsPromote a safe, organized, and productive work environmentTrack department performance and support continuous improvement initiativesResolve operational and employee-related issues as they ariseMaintain accurate records, reports, SOPs, and other required documentationPartner with leadership and other departments to support operational goalsSupport process improvements, cost reduction, and lean manufacturing initiativesEnsure equipment issues are addressed and escalated when neededConduct employee performance reviews and provide ongoing feedbackSupport off-shift operations, overtime, and weekend coverage as needed

What You Need

Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferredStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience working in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; strong Excel skills preferredStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to motivate, coach, and develop employeesSound decision-making and independent judgmentFlexibility to work overtime or weekends as business needs require
