WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

AUSTIN, TX | DAY SHIFT | 4-DAY WORKWEEK | $58,795.61-$70,000 TARGET HIRING RANGE

E.A. Sween is hiring a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at our Austin facility. This is an opportunity for an experienced leader who knows how to set expectations, coach employees, improve performance, and build a safe, accountable team.

You will have real ownership of daily warehouse execution - including staffing, scheduling, labor management, productivity, safety, training, and team development.

SCHEDULE

• Day shift
• 4-day workweek
• Wednesday through Saturday

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead daily warehouse operations and frontline employees
• Manage staffing, scheduling, labor, workflow, and productivity
• Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable for results
• Coach, train, and develop employees
• Address performance issues and support employee retention
• Build a positive, respectful, high-performing team culture
• Monitor operational goals and identify opportunities to improve
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Reinforce company policies and safe work practices
• Support food safety and audit compliance, including HACCP and FSMA standards
• Partner with leadership to solve problems and keep operations moving

WHAT YOU NEED

• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on operation
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must pass required physical exam, drug screen, and background check

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Distribution, warehouse, logistics, or operations experience
• Logistics or warehouse certifications

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Repeatedly lift up to 75 lbs.
• Push/pull up to 300 lbs. using a dolly or drag hook
• Frequent standing, bending, twisting, and reaching

COMPENSATION

Target hiring range: $58,795.61-$70,000 annually.

This Grade 12 position has a full pay range of $58,795.61-$82,444.55. Final pay is based on experience, skills, internal equity, and available budget.
