Assists the Family Store Manager in planning, administering, monitoring, and evaluating the day-to-day warehouse operations of a small Family Store with a limited staff ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures; processes, displays, and prices donated items to ensure a maximum financial return on the sale of store items; assists customers in a polite and friendly manner; serves as a supervisor and/or lead worker to assigned volunteers and/or subordinate store personnel; in the absence of the Family Store Manager and Assistant Family Store Manager, assumes all functions.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to meet attendance requirements.
- Ability to read, write and communicate the English language effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing including the providing of clear instructions to employees.
- Ability to perform mathematical computations.
- Ability and willingness to conduct all duties in accordance with the ministry of the organization and its Christian principles; conducts all communications and job duties with the highest level of professionalism.
- Duties are performed by frequent walking and/or standing, kneeling or squatting relieved by lesser periods of sitting or operating a vehicle.
- Moderate amount of physical effort required associated with walking, standing, lifting and carrying moderately heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.)
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- and
- Two years' experience in a warehouse environment with one-year supervisory experience preferred,
- or
- any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Certifications:
- Valid State Driver's License
