$25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience preferred
• Valid forklift certification required
• Previous experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferred
• Strong technical proficiency
• Strong communication skills

Job Duties

• Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Coordinate workflow and support warehouse team members
• Operate forklifts and assist with material movement as needed
• Monitor inventory and maintain accurate warehouse records
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and operations
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and warehouse procedures
• Participate in hands-on training provided by the customer

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience within a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
• Experience managing inventory accuracy, shipping operations, receiving activities, and employee performance is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, OSHA regulations, or supply chain best practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate leadership, accountability, professionalism, and a commitment to operational excellence are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Supervisor.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to walk, stand, and move throughout warehouse operations for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work in active warehouse environments with forklifts, conveyors, and material handling equipment.
• Ability to inspect warehouse operations and respond to operational needs throughout the facility.

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Supervisor you will oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate shipping and receiving activities, monitor inventory accuracy, supervise warehouse personnel, support productivity goals, maintain workplace safety standards, and help ensure efficient movement of products throughout the facility.
