What You'll Do:

• Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, labeling, shipping, and inventory activities.
• Help lead and coordinate warehouse team members to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate execution of work.
• Assign and communicate daily job responsibilities, including job rotations and workflow priorities.
• Train employees on standard work processes, safety procedures, and proper use of equipment and tools.
• Monitor warehouse performance and support continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, and delivery.
• Assist with inventory control activities and ensure accurate material movement throughout the facility.
• Operate and promote the safe use of forklifts, material handling equipment, and RF scanning devices.
• Work closely with team members and leaders across departments to meet company objectives and customer needs.
• Support employee coaching, development, and recognition while fostering a positive team environment.
• Participate in 6S and workplace organization initiatives to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse.
• Communicate operational risks, issues, and improvement opportunities to warehouse leadership.
• 2 years of working in a logistics/warehouse environment
• Inventory control knowledge
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience
• RF Scanning experience
• Material handling equipment experience
• Leadership experience
• Microsoft outlook, word, and excel experience
