Responsibilities:Warehouse Supervisor
The Warehouse Supervisor position is responsible for the efficient coordination of team members aiming to maintain the efficiency of receiving, storing, testing, inventory and shipping products in a continuous improvement-based environment, while also creating and maintaining a safe work environment. This is to be accomplished through directing and monitoring the activities of employees; effective leadership, coaching and development of individuals; and through building team dynamics targeting receiving, storing, testing, inventory and shipping techniques.
The Warehouse Supervisor position is accountable for the efficient coordination of team members aiming to maintain the efficiency of receiving practices, material storage, onsite distribution and the delivery of performance results, through effective execution in directing and monitoring of all manufacturing warehouse functions and leading and developing team members:
4-year degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business preferred or years of experience
2+ years of experience in a warehouse management or supervision role, preferably in the food processing industry
