Warehouse Supervisor

Chattanooga Shooting Supplies (CSSI) is looking for an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to help lead our warehouse team and keep our daily operation running safely, efficiently, and accurately. This isnt a desk-only leadership role. Were looking for someone who enjoys being in the middle of the actioncoaching employees, solving problems, improving processes, and making sure the team has what they need to succeed. What Youll Do As a Warehouse Supervisor, youll help oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities while ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and customer service expectations are met. Your responsibilities will include: Lead, train, coach, and evaluate warehouse employees while assigning daily workloads and priorities.Coordinate daily receiving, storage, inventory, order fulfillment, packing, shipping, and distribution activities.Keep the operation moving by monitoring productivity, workflow, accuracy, and daily performance expectations.Track employee attendance, performance, and compliance with company policies and procedures.Promote a strong safety culture and ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe.Maintain warehouse records, inventory documentation, logs, and reports.Monitor and improve KPI'sDevelop and maintain training materials for warehouse positions.Assist management with establishing and improving warehouse standards, procedures, and processes. The right person will be organized, dependable, approachable, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.5+ years of warehouse experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold employees accountable.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and the ability to work independently with limited direction.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems.Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods.Ability to work in typical warehouse temperatures and conditions.
