Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead warehouse, receiving, and inventory operations in a manufacturing environment. This role oversees material flow, inventory accuracy, receiving activities,

and a team of warehouse professionals to ensure production runs efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support a team of warehouse employees.

• Oversee daily receiving, inventory control, and stockroom operations.

• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and material organization.

• Manage material replenishment, Kanban programs, and production floor stock.

• Coordinate inbound shipments, material inspections, and inventory transactions within the ERP system.

• Ensure compliance with safety policies, PPE requirements, and material-handling procedures.

• Investigate inventory discrepancies and enforce FIFO inventory practices.

• Support intercompany transfers and identify process improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse, inventory, or stockroom experience.

• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.

• Experience with ERP systems

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Forklift and other material handling equipment experience preferred.

Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000
