We are hiring Warehouse Supervisors to oversee inbound, outbound, and inventory control operations. Candidates will be assigned to an area based on their experience and operational needs.
Responsibilities
Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate daily inbound, outbound, or inventory control activities.
Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, returns, cycle counting, and inventory adjustments as assigned.
Plan daily staffing, assign tasks, and monitor team productivity, accuracy, and safety performance.
Monitor operational KPIs, including receiving accuracy, order fulfillment, on-time shipping, and inventory accuracy.
Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies, shipping errors, damaged goods, and inventory variances.
Ensure all warehouse activities are completed accurately, safely, and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and reports using WMS, ERP, scanning systems, Microsoft Excel, and other data-entry tools.
Train, coach, and support warehouse employees to improve productivity, accuracy, and safety compliance.
Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and proper product storage.
Work with supply chain, logistics, purchasing, inventory, and management teams to resolve operational issues.
Assist with SOP development, workflow improvements, and operational standards.
Perform other duties as assigned and maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Qualifications
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship may be considered for qualified candidates, subject to role eligibility and business needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
2+ years of warehouse experience in inbound receiving, outbound fulfillment, inventory control, logistics, 3PL, or e-commerce fulfillment.
1+ year of supervisory, team lead, or frontline management experience is preferred.
Strong experience in at least one area: inbound, outbound, or inventory control.
Experience with WMS, ERP, PDA/RF scanning systems, or warehouse data systems is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Dependable and able to stand, walk, lift, bend, and perform warehouse-related physical tasks as needed.
