We are seeking an experienced Fulfillment Operations Supervisor to lead operations within a highly automated distribution center. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service and quality while balancing operational efficiency, employee engagement, safety, and financial performance.
The ideal candidate is a strong servant leader with experience in automated material handling systems, Lean methodologies, and team development. This position plays a critical role in driving performance, supporting employee satisfaction, and enhancing customer service at all levels of the organization.

Salary:  65K - 79K annually
Shift:  6am to 2:30pm
OT is mandatory through the week starting at 4am and Saturdays as needed

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead hourly associates in a fast-paced distribution environment
  • Execute operational plans with precision and accountability
  • Drive financial performance through data-based decision making
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure OSHA compliance standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support business initiatives and operational goals
  • Lead and support transformational process improvements
  • Manage shifting priorities while maintaining service and efficiency standards
  • Oversee warehouse functions including WMS, voice-picking, slotting, production planning, and cycle counts
  • Approve payroll and ensure labor efficiency standards are met
  • Communicate clearly and effectively across teams, departments, and leadership levels
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement

 
Education & Experience:
  • Associate's degree in Business Management or related field required (Bachelor's preferred)
  • 5–7 years of supervisory experience in an automated distribution or manufacturing environment (pick/pack preferred)
  • Proven experience leading business process improvements from planning through execution
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Production methodologies and tools
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory accuracy, and cycle count processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
  • Knowledge of OSHA guidelines preferred
  • Retail and consumer packaging distribution experience preferred
