Job Summary:

  We are seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. The ideal candidate will bring proven warehouse experience, strong leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. This role is key to maintaining accuracy, workflow, and team productivity.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Supervise and actively participate in receiving, inspection, and storage of incoming shipments
  • Oversee accurate picking, staging, and preparation of orders for outbound shipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments; resolve discrepancies or damages
  • Monitor inventory levels and support cycle counts and audits
  • Lead, train, and motivate warehouse team members to meet performance goals
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies
 
Qualifications:
 
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of verifiable warehouse experience required
  • Previous supervisory or lead experience in a warehouse environment strongly preferred
  • Skilled in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using warehouse management systems and performing intermediate computer tasks
  • Experience with Magaya Cargo System a plus
