Warehouse Supervisor

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to join their client's dynamic team in Escondido, CA. This position is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities, maintaining high standards of productivity, and ensuring the accuracy of shipments and inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of products.
• Ensuring inventory accuracy by conducting regular audits and cycle counts.
• Supervising and training warehouse staff to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintaining and optimizing warehouse layout for efficient space utilization.
• Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of warehouse staff, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
• Handling and resolving any operational issues or discrepancies promptly.

Requirements:

• At least three years of prior experience as a warehouse lead or supervisor in any idustry
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management ERP systems.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 1st shift.

Pay:

$25 - 27 per hour
