Grand Specialty is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to assist our Fredericksburg, TX facility with organizing our warehouse, shipping products to our customers, and assisting leadership with the management of our expanding operation. This is an advanced level supervisory position.
DUTIES
Assist and oversee shipping and production teams with the production, packaging, and shipment of our products.
Organize and maintain cleanliness of warehouse and production equipment.
Receive, inspect, and inventory incoming products and materials.
Closely monitor inventories and coordinate orders with production and purchasing.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strongest Candidates will have skills and past experience with shipping and receiving.
Ability to read and write
Basic computer skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong time management skills
Self starter and the ability to motivate others
Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy essential
Previous forklift experience
Sound understanding of FIFO
Previous employee supervision experience preferred
