What you need to be successful in this role:
- Ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety in all aspects of our supply chain.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations.
- Ability to accurately and efficiently pick products or put products away.
- Be able to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Protect confidential information and the integrity of the company.
- Occasionally required to perform moderate to heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs).
- The ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry is regularly required.
- Perform work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multi-task, using effective time management skills to maximize productivity.
- Requires High School Diploma or GED degree. Preferred Associate Technical degree or higher.
- Two - five years warehouse experience.
- Management training or supervisory experience preferred.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
