  • Scheduling staff and assigning daily priorities to meet operational demands.
  • Coaching, training, and developing team members while promoting accountability and engagement.
  • Coordinating jobsite deliveries and optimizing transportation schedules.
  • Maintaining warehouse organization, staging areas, and standardized processes.
  • Ensuring forklifts, trucks, and warehouse equipment are inspected and properly maintained.
  • Championing workplace safety by enforcing OSHA, DOT, and GSM safety standards.
  • Leading safety meetings, conducting inspections, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and warehouse operations through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supporting after-hours or emergency operational needs when required.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in HVAC, construction, sheet metal fabrication, or industrial distribution.
  • Forklift certification.
  • Experience leading teams in a high-volume operational environment.

What Makes You Successful

You'll excel in this role if you:

  • Lead with integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
  • Enjoy coaching and developing employees.
  • Can prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Pay close attention to detail while keeping the big picture in mind.
  • Value teamwork, customer service, and operational excellence.
  • Make safety your top priority every day.

This position requires the ability to:
