Warehouse Supervisor – Inbound Unloading Operations

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Warehouse Inbound Unloading Supervisor to oversee daily unloading (lumping) operations in a fast-paced food-service distribution warehouse. This leadership role is responsible for supervising crews, coordinating inbound schedules, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, and ensuring efficient warehouse flow.

Schedule
- Monday – Saturday
- 4:00 AM – Until Finish (Approx. 12:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise unloading/lumping crew and inbound warehouse operations
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas (safety & sanitation required)
- Coordinate daily inbound schedules and priority loads
- Communicate with customers regarding appointments, carriers, and backhauls
- Ensure timely and accurate unloading and documentation processing
- Verify load accuracy and proper pallet staging
- Enforce warehouse safety procedures (trailers, chocks, locks, etc.)
- Ensure doors are properly secured after load completion
- Monitor productivity and maintain operational efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse supervisor experience required
- Experience operating:
- Electric Rider Pallet Jack
- Stand-Up Forklift
- Counterbalance Forklift
- Experience in unloading/lumping operations preferred
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong attention to safety and detail
