Warehouse Supervisor | Installer
Location: Carnegie, PA
Schedule: Full-Time | OT Available
We are hiring a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor / Equipment Installer for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role combines warehouse leadership with field installation work. Ideal for candidates with mechanical aptitude who can lead by example and support both shop operations and jobsite installs.

Pay & Overtime
- $22–$28/hour based on experience
- Typical starting range: $24–$26/hour (increase upon conversion)
- Weekly pay
- Overtime opportunities available
- Temp-to-hire after 600 hours (excluding OT)
Scope of Work
- Oversee warehouse organization, inventory, and daily workflow
- Install and assemble shelving systems at customer sites
- Read blueprints and installation diagrams
- Load/unload materials and prep job sites
- Operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and lifts safely
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse operations, installation, construction, or mechanical work
- Ability to read basic prints, measurements, and diagrams
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working in both warehouse and field environments
- Willingness to travel (local/regional, occasional overnight)
Physical Requirements
- Lift 50–75 lbs regularly
- Stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout the day
- Work in warehouse and construction environments
