Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations at our distribution center. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for inbound receiving, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all inbound and outbound warehouse operations on a daily basis
• Ensure all orders received before 11:00 AM ship the same day
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
• Manage and develop a team of warehouse associates, including scheduling and performance coaching
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed
• Enforce safety standards and warehouse best practices across the team

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse or distribution center leadership experience
• Proven track record managing inventory accuracy and on-time shipping
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning technology
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Forklift and Reach Truck certification required
