Warehouse Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Lead day‑to‑day shipping, receiving, picking, staging, and put‑away operations.
- Ensure accurate movement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to support production schedules.
- Oversee outbound shipments, verifying counts, labels, pallet configuration, and carrier paperwork.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, lot tracking, and FIFO.
- Partner with Production, QA, and Maintenance to maintain smooth material flow.
- Train, coach, and supervise warehouse associates and forklift operators.
- Enforce GMP, HACCP, SQF, and OSHA standards across all warehouse activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, audit‑ready warehouse environment.
- 3+ years of warehouse experience; lead or supervisory experience preferred.
- Background in food manufacturing, produce, or cold‑storage environments is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of shipping/receiving, inventory control, and material handling.
- Experience with WMS/ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or similar).
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and team‑leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (34–40°F) and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
