About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader for our warehouse position. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of warehouse management, and the ability to facilitate a positive culture. This role involves overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring excellent customer service and managing inventory. The Warehouse Supervisor will play a pivotal role in maintaining the warehouse, trucks and equipment.


Core Responsibilities:
  • Management experience in warehouse environments with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, team management, and leadership. 
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management.

  • Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with company policies and vision. 
  • Conduct routine cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies with inventory databases, and monitor stock levels. 
  • Enforce health and safety legislation (such as OSHA guidelines) to maintain a secure environment for staff and contents. 
  • Coordinate with suppliers, transportation companies, and clients to facilitate smooth inbound/outbound freight operations. 

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management and sales principles.
  • Typically 3–5 years of progressive experience in logistics, operations, or a distribution environment.
  • Strong conflict resolution, delegation, and team-motivation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and basic database management.
  • Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
