Location: Medley, FL

Salary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of warehouse logistics experience required
• Previous warehouse supervisory or leadership experience required
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Office Suite
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop warehouse teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet production deadlines
• Willingness to work overtime based on business needs
• Steel-toe shoes required
• Must pass two interviews, warehouse tour, background check, and drug screening

Job Duties:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety goals are met
• Lead, coach, and support warehouse associates to meet production expectations
• Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or priorities based on operational demands
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, inventory, and logistics activities
• Track productivity and ensure quality and efficiency standards are maintained
• Communicate with warehouse management regarding production goals and operational issues
• Train new employees and reinforce company policies and safety procedures
• Maintain accurate records and utilize Microsoft Office applications to support warehouse operations
• Promote a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Perform additional warehouse leadership duties as assigned
