Warehouse Supervisor - Orem, UT


Position Summary
We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee warehouse, inventory, and production support activities while driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement. This role serves as a key link between warehouse, production, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations and workflow efficiency
  • Track and report operational KPIs, productivity, and inventory metrics
  • Coordinate inventory control, cycle counts, and material replenishment
  • Support production scheduling and work order execution
  • Ensure materials are staged and available for production
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, documentation, and compliance requirements
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
  • Support employee training, safety initiatives, and quality standards

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
  • Experience with inventory management and production workflows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead teams and coordinate cross-functional activities
  • Proficient with reporting, KPI tracking, and process improvement initiatives
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience is a plus
