Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead daily warehouse operations and support a high-performing, safety-focused team. In this role, you will help ensure smooth workflow, accurate inventory management, and efficient order processing while fostering a positive and productive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Supervise, train, and support warehouse team members to meet performance and productivity goals.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper documentation of inbound and outbound materials.
• Coordinate workflow, staffing, and task assignments to maintain operational efficiency.
• Promote and enforce safety procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with scheduling, attendance tracking, and performance coaching as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce errors, and increase efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and leadership regarding operational needs.
• Support equipment and facility upkeep by reporting issues and coordinating follow-up actions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or inventory operations.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Working knowledge of warehouse processes, safety practices, and inventory control.
• Ability to use warehouse systems, RF scanners, and basic computer applications.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Ability to solve problems, make sound decisions, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience coaching team members and supporting performance improvement.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving documentation and procedures.
• Lean, continuous improvement, or operational efficiency experience.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification if required.
