Requirements A successful Warehouse Supervisor should have: Experience in warehouse operations from food production and manufacturing (Frozen, Chilled, and Dry goods). Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse management systems. Ability to operate various forklifts. Commitment to maintaining workplace safety and compliance with regulations. Excellent communication and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges proactively. Ability to work different shifts when needed. This role is on site near Pacoima, Los Angeles, CA.
