Description

• As the Warehouse Supervisor you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Coordinate inventory management, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods (chilled, frozen, and dry).
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
• Implement and maintain health and safety standards across all warehouse activities.
• Monitor and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall logistics and supply chain objectives.
• Ensure proper maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment and vehicles.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for all warehouse activities.
• This role is onsite near Pacoima, Los Angeles, CA.

Profile

A successful Warehouse Supervisor should have:

• Experience in warehouse operations from food production and manufacturing (Frozen, Chilled, and Dry goods).
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse management systems.
• Ability to operate various forklifts.
• Commitment to maintaining workplace safety and compliance with regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges proactively.
• Ability to work different shifts when needed.
