Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role
$22-26/hr
7AM-4PM, Monday through Saturday
We're seeking an experienced
Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse team and ensure safe, efficient, and accurate warehouse operations. In this role, you'll oversee daily warehouse activities, manage inventory, supervise warehouse associates, and help maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and support daily warehouse operations.
- Lead, train, coach, and develop Warehouse Associates.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through proper receiving, storage, and shipping procedures.
- Monitor workflow and productivity while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate warehouse activities to meet production and shipping schedules.
- Maintain compliance with safety policies, GMP requirements, and company procedures.
- Analyze inventory transactions and resolve discrepancies using ERP systems.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, and RF scanners as needed.
- Communicate effectively with production, logistics, and management teams.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent warehouse leadership experience may be considered in place of a degree.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse supervisory experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Experience working in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) environment preferred.
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Skills & Requirements
- Experience using ERP inventory management systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with inventory software and data entry.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, and RF scanners (or willingness to become certified).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
- Frequently lift and carry 1040 pounds.
- Occasionally lift up to 70 pounds.
- Ability to work at a computer and perform detailed data entry.
- Must have sufficient vision to safely perform warehouse duties, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
