Warehouse Supervisor – Schuylkill Haven

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM Start Time | Saturdays as Needed

Victoriaville & Co., a leading North American manufacturer and distributor of funeral products. We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations within our facility. This role goes beyond traditional warehouse supervision combining logistics leadership with customer service coordination to ensure timely, accurate, and respectful fulfillment of funeral products.

What You’ll Do:

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee warehouse operations while acting as a key liaison between production, logistics, and customer service ensuring every order is handled with urgency and care.

• Coordinate and oversee all daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of caskets and related products
• Schedule and communicate driver routes, deliveries, and pickups to ensure timely service to funeral homes
• Work closely with Customer Service to verify order accuracy, resolve issues, and confirm deliveries
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts, ECU tracking, and bin organization
• Record serial numbers and product details in Cin7 Core (DEAR) and ensure all documentation is up to date
• Monitor workflow and communication priorities to meet urgent and time-sensitive deadlines
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports to regional management
• Promote a culture of safety, efficiency, and professionalism within the warehouse
• Step in to operate company vehicles for deliveries or parts pick-ups when necessary.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics coordination
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in WMS, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands throughout the day
• Knowledge of the funeral industry or related logistics operations is an asset
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
