Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate inventory records
Supervise and support a team of 11-50 warehouse employees
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards
Optimize workflow to improve efficiency and reduce delays
Coordinate order fulfillment to meet customer demands
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in warehouse supervision
High school diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Effective time management and communication abilities
