Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:Live our mission statement centered on our values of respect, service, and excellenceAssists the Warehouse Manager with daily warehouse operations including personnelAssists with aspects of warehouse inventory controlManages the loading and unloading of exterior building products such as siding, windows, and gutterCoordinates shipments to ensure deliveries are on time and accurateWorks alongside warehouse associates in loading/unloading trucksAssists with daily cycle counts for inventory accuracyVerifies accuracy of orders picked and shipments receivedKnows how to operate a forklift safely and efficientlyKeeps warehouse clean and orderly

Qualifications:Prior warehouse management experience (preferred)3+ years of previous material-handling experienceForklift certification and experience driving a box truck (preferred)Ability to lead a team and/or work one-on-one with our customersAbility and willingness to lift boxes and specific building materials weighing as much as 70+ lbsStrong customer service skillsAbility to work successfully under the pressure of deadlines and to accept new ways of doing businessHigh integrity, high energy, and a positive attitude
