How you''ll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

The Supply Attendant is responsible for warehousing and distribution of aircraft parts and related materials within a logistics operation.

This position is based in Atlanta, GA and will report to the Lead Warehouse Supply Attendant.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for accurate data entry into SAP
  • Package aviation materials per ATA-300
  • Receive goods per ASA/AS9120 Standard
  • Properly bin & issue materials from stock
  • Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts
  • Responsible for safe operation of mechanical and manual material handling equipment and for safe operation of the company vehicle.
  • Monitor preservation of certain inventory
  • Compliance to warehouse processes per ASA/AS9120 Standard
  • Courier driver
  • Loading and unloading inventory from trucks.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

Job Qualifications: Must have a valid driver''s license, pass a background check, and show ability to safely operate material handling equipment. Should possess the ability to meet deadlines with high productivity and accuracy. Prefer experience in warehousing and logistics. Must be a team player with focus on customer service. Must be able to work 40 hours per week, Monday thru Friday, dayshift operation with the occasional flexibility to work on-call hours during evenings and weekends, if needed. Additionally, candidate must be able to read and write English and have some working knowledge of personal computers. Must be able to work well with others. Must be able to work in a safe manner and able to lift up to 80 lbs utilizing proper equipment or assistance. Must be performing satisfactorily in present position.

  • Demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines with high productivity and accuracy.
  • Experience in warehousing and logistics preferred.
  • Possess strong communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of SAP preferred.
  • Makes safety a priority.
  • Able to lift up to 80 lbs utilizing proper equipment or assistance.
  • Must be performing satisfactorily in present position.
  • Must demonstrate the DMS core values of integrity, respect and perseverance.
