Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

Experience Requirements

• 3 years of experience.
• Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment is preferred
• Computer knowledge
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong sense of time organization and urgency
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not as much as an open mind and willingness to learn

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Duties

• Counting and documenting items in the warehouse for inventory
• Placing products in bags/boxes
• Light assembly of some products
• Scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing stock
• Receiving, stocking, and stacking
• Pulling, packing, and labeling
• Verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments
• Examine outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet requirements

As a Warehouse Support Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.

A Warehouse Support Associate supports warehouse success by accurately receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping products according to established procedures. This role combines physical activity with organization and attention to detail while maintaining safe warehouse operations.

The Warehouse Support Associate works with inventory systems, warehouse equipment, shipping documentation, and customer orders while helping maintain efficient workflows and inventory accuracy. Consistency and teamwork support operational excellence.
