Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing of in-bound product
- Enter information into inventory control system.
- Process invoices
- Prepare product for customer orders.
- Process pick-up orders.
- Ensure quality of product for customer orders.
- Communicate product availability to salespeople.
- Interact with incoming delivery drivers.
- Coordinate with other work centers.
- Assist with receiving deliveries.
- Inform management of any problems or concerns.
- Straighten boxes, sweep floors, process recycling, remove trash as needed
- Equipment usage: bailer, powered pallet jack, PDA, etc.
- Rotate stock as directed.
- Follow safety guidelines
- Additional projects as assigned by leadership.
Skills and Abilities:
- Able to collaborate and communicate with other work teams.
- Detail oriented for processing customer orders.
- Able to use powered and manual equipment, cutting tools, and other tools.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods standing on cement flooring.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds, 50 pounds on occasion, and 80 pounds as a team lift.
- Able to work in coolers.
Qualifications
Special / Education Job Requirements
- At least two years of retail, logistics, or warehouse experience required.
