We have an exciting position on the WH team for a self-motivated and dedicated individual who has a passion for working with data and WH operations. You willwork on projects that impact Overall performance in our WH and will play a key role in supporting WH improvement. If you can work independently to identify problems, make solution recommendations, and Proficiency of the Excel and PowerPoint, excellent communication and driving skills, then this is the job for you.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Coordinating and consolidating data for domestic and international outbound shipment enhancements.
    • Coordinating with warehouse workers and team leaders to fulfill sales orders and internal material transfer requests.
    • Collecting data and collaborating with teams on cost-reduction implementations and project improvements.
    • Partnering with inventory teams to fulfill requested items from order placement to completion.
    • Monitoring and managing inventory, processing shipping, and receiving documents.
    • Managing and consolidating reports and coordinating internal teams to support various projects.
    • Adhering strictly to company warehouse policies and procedures.
    • Maintaining a clean and safe Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) charging and loading dock area to meet OSHA standards.
    • Collaborating with warehouse teams to assess ongoing needs and plan preventive maintenance schedules.
    • Liaising with vendors to diagnose and perform repairs, restoring equipment/vehicles to maintain maximum uptime.
    • Training and instructing truck drivers on proper PIT usage to avoid equipment failures caused by incorrect operation.
    • Documenting and maintaining all PIT and vehicle information, as well as maintenance reports, to meet ISO standards.
    • Directing and controlling the movement of trucks and trailers within the yard to ensure smooth traffic flow and prevent congestion during peak times.
    • Assisting pickup drivers with the sign-in process via portable electronic devices (e.g., iPads).
    • Performing other duties as instructed by supervisors.


Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of related experience with Warehouse management, Operations, data analysis, or related fields
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. and ability to utilize a "buddy system" for products weighing more than 40 lbs.
• Good understanding of Warehouse operations and passion for technology
• Solid communication and collaboration skills
• Must be detail oriented and can juggle multiple tasks at the same time
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required

Salary Range

$71,000 - $75,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
