Payrate: $22 per hour
Shift: 1st (7am - 3:30pm)Position Summary
The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse logistics operations, ensuring safe and efficient movement of materials, supporting inventory accuracy, and providing leadership to warehouse personnel across multiple shifts. This role serves as the primary point of coordination between warehouse, production, and supply chain teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily warehouse and logistics operations in a manufacturing environment.
- Coordinate movement of finished goods and materials between production and warehouse locations.
- Ensure timely loading and unloading of trailers.
- Supervise warehouse personnel and provide operational guidance.
- Conduct and facilitate routine safety meetings and safety initiatives.
- Monitor warehouse performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and GMP standards.
- Review inventory reports and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
- Coordinate staffing and workflow priorities to meet operational demands.
- Support training and development of warehouse team members.
- Maintain communication with production, logistics, and supply chain stakeholders.
Qualifications- Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material handling operations.
- Forklift operation experience.
- Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanning technology.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications- Manufacturing warehouse leadership experience.
- Experience managing inventory control processes.
- Continuous improvement or lean manufacturing experience.
Physical Requirements- Ability to work in warehouse and manufacturing environments.
- Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift materials as required.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment when necessary.
