Warehouse Team Lead - Bilingual

Luxor Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Warehouse Lead paying $17 per hour. Weekly pay, possible overtime, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

Duties

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory control.
• Support and guide warehouse associates, forklift operators, and material handlers.
• Assign and help coordinate daily work tasks and monitor basic productivity.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.
• Help maintain inventory accuracy and support cycle counts.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.
• Report and help resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Track basic performance metrics such as productivity and attendance.
• Communicate with production, transportation, and management teams.
• Use warehouse systems (WMS/ERP) for data entry and reporting support.

Experience

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Previous warehouse experience required; leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Willingness to learn supervisory and team leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
