Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Team Lead to supervise daily warehouse operations and help our team achieve high standards for safety, productivity, inventory control, and order accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, coach, and develop warehouse team members.
- Assign daily work and provide clear direction to ensure operational priorities are met.
- Drive warehouse productivity while maintaining high standards for inventory control, order-fulfillment speed, and accuracy.
- Monitor workflow, employee performance, and departmental results.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through direct observation and collaboration with team members and warehouse leadership.
- Promote a safety-first culture and ensure daily activities are performed in accordance with established safety procedures.
- Conduct regular safety observations and promptly address unsafe conditions or behaviors.
- Ensure required daily, weekly, and monthly communications, procedures, and reporting are completed consistently.
- Escalate operational issues, safety concerns, staffing needs, and other important matters through the appropriate channels in a professional and timely manner.
- Help maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Support inventory counts, receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and other warehouse activities as needed.
- Lead by example and foster a positive, accountable, and team-focused workplace.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or related operational experience.
- Forklift certified
- Prior team-lead or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to balance productivity, speed, and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities.
- Basic computer skills and experience using warehouse or inventory-management systems preferred.
- Ability to communicate professionally with employees and leadership.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform other physical warehouse activities.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions.
