Warehouse Team Leader

PURPOSE:The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for all phases of product movement including receiving and/or shipping responsibilities.

KEY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the receiving department and coordinates work assignmentsLoading and unloading trucksOrder pickingOperating equipmentShrink-wrapping productsPreparing products for shipmentPhysical inventory count and preparationStoring inbound finished goods/raw materialsQuality Control for outbound finished goods/raw materialsStaging finished goods for outboundPrepping raw materials for packagingAdditional duties as assigned

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES:

High school diploma or GED requiredMust have one year experience in a leadership role of receivingMust comply/adhere to all safety policies and proceduresMust be able to work variable shift schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends as requiredMust be able to perform the essential functions of the job including physical lifting of up to 50 lbsMust ensure accuracy of work
