Warehouse Team Member

Nesco Resource is looking for a Warehouse Team Member located in Brookfield, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.\

Shift: Monday-Friday 6:30AM-3PM

Pay: $19-$20/hour depending on experience

Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Team Member to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves handling materials, preparing shipments, and operating equipment to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment
• Load and unload trucks and materials
• Operate a sit-down forklift to move and store products
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Assist with inventory and general warehouse tasks as needed

• Previous warehouse experience is required
• Must have sit-down forklift experience
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
